Saturday Menu

Beef Stew

1 pound hamberger, brown until just a little pink remains
1 onion, sliced
6 potatoes, sliced or cubed
3 carrots, sliced
2 cans cream of celery soup

Layer hamburger, onion, potatoes, and carrots and then repeat a second time. Pour 2 cans of cream of celery soup on top. Cook on low for 6 hours.

We are actually going to my mom's house tomorrow and so I will have to try this recipe another time. We are going to make Chinese food instead. YUM!

Three words for meals like the lasagne--crock.pot.bags. They are awesome. Just take the bag out when your done, and the pot is already clean! I wouldn't use them for soup or somethinglike that, but the messy ones, the price is totally worth it! About 30 cents a peice if you have a coupon.
