Menu Plan Monday

Here we go again for another well-thought-out, well-planned week of dinners. I already write my monthly menu down but it was helpful to stick with it because I wrote it on the blog...and whatever you write on the blog you HAVE to do...right??

Monday - Chicken Fajitas

Tuesday - Easy Crockpot Chicken and Veggies (thanks Maceys for the recipe)

10 medium red potatoes
1 lb. baby carrots
6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Cut potatoes into chunks. Place potatoes and carrots in crockpot. Place chicken on top of veggies. Combine soups and garlic powder. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 8 hrs. Salt and pepper to taste.

Wednesday - Cheesy Mostaccioli (thanks Hilary E. for the recipe), salad, french bread

1 lb. mostaccioli noodles (cooked)
1 jar Classico tomato and basil sauce
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 lb. browned hamburger

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine pasta, soup, and classico sauce. Add pepper, Italian seasoning, 2 cups mozzarella cheese, and meat. Mix to combine. Place in a baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

Bake for 25-30 min.

Thursday - One dish Chicken & Rice Bake (thanks Gayla for the recipe)

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
3/4 cup uncooked regular white rice
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 chicken breasts

In 2 qt. baking dish mix soup, water, rice, paprika, and pepper. Place chicken on rice mixture. Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

Friday - Homemade Pizza

Saturday - I want to try a new recipe and I am still looking for the perfect one. Please send me your favorite recipe.

You are awesome! I love it. I love your mastacioli recipe and the Macey's one looks like a good one to try too. Thanks for playing.
